Quality of life Update

QOL update! 

-Added an an tool tip that will describe what the upgrades does when hovering it's icon.

-Added an tool tip saying the upgrade effects when hovering over the upgrade button

-Reworked the first biome to be easier so new players can handle the basic bouncing mechanic

-fixed some bugs regarding upgrades and hazards
